Tanya Eastwood

Senior Vice President, Development and Investment Initiatives

Ms. Eastwood’s responsibilities require her to source new finance and real estate investment opportunities under the FHA and Fannie Mae product lines. Focused on multifamily developers in the southeast, she specializes in affordable housing.

Tanya has worked in multifamily real estate since 1989. In these years she has worked specifically in development, management, marketing, fiscal analysis and asset management. Prior to joining Greystone, she was Executive Director of WAJ Management, LLC where she directed the asset management of affordable LIHTC, HUD, and USDA sites.

She holds a North Carolina Real Estate License, and is a NCP, LIHTC and AHM, HUD Occupancy Specialist.
