Greystone Corporate Realty Services (“GCRS”) provides commercial real estate services to private and public sector clients. We work with clients to increase portfolio value and reduce the operating costs of their real estate assets. Combining extensive public and private sector experience, we provide a wide range of real estate account management services. The GCRS team is a diverse group of professionals trained in the fields of property management, accounting, finance, real estate, law, building systems, construction and intergovernmental affairs.

We provide a cost-effective alternative to in-house account management that enables organizations to focus on their primary mission, rather than on management of their real estate portfolio.

GCRS provides billing collection and accounting services, monitors tenant compliance, coordinates tenant improvements and build-out and arranges for property maintenance for clients. In addition, we create custom databases that allow clients to track critical information—such as rental payments, lease expirations and important property-related tasks—with far greater ease.

Greystone Corporate Realty Services provides real estate management support for a growing portfolio of properties throughout the Northeast, including properties in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Our services include:

Lease and license drafting and negotiation
Billing, collections and accounting administration
Physical inspections and asset management
Property maintenance coordination
Tenant sourcing and selection
Construction oversight and supervision
Commercial brokerage and leasing
