DecisionWise Recognizes Greystone as 2019 Employee Engagement Best Practice Award Winner

Greystone announced that DecisionWise has recognized the company as a top-performing organization with the 2019 Employee Engagement Best Practice Award. Greystone is one of five organizations that received the award based on a review of over 9.8 million survey responses in the DecisionWise international employee engagement survey benchmark database.
Results were analyzed by measuring the number of fully engaged, key contributor, opportunity group, and disengaged employees in each organization using a set of employee engagement anchor questions. Those organizations with the most fully engaged and key contributor employees were eligible to receive the award. Final winners were confirmed by evaluating the overall culture of the organization as well as best practices and company initiatives that contributed to the scores.
According to DecisionWise, Greystone exemplifies best practices in employee engagement, both through its annual employee engagement results and through its actions to create an engaged workplace.
In its 2018 Employee Survey, 84% of Greystone’s respondents indicated a favorable view of the company overall, and 95% of survey respondents agreed that customer service is a top priority for their team. In Greystone’s efforts to give back to the community, 95% of respondents expressed pride.
