Greystone’s City Island Townhome Development, “On the Sound,” to Launch Sales This Fall

Greystone announced that “On the Sound,” a new waterfront residential development located on City Island plans to start sales this Fall. Located at 226 Fordham Place, On the Sound comprises 43 townhome-style condominiums situated within a private gated community.

Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, the homes will feature wood-burning fireplaces, Carrera white marble accents, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring and walk-in closets. McClellan Sotheby’s International Realty is the exclusive sales and marketing team for On the Sound, led by Sona Davidian.

Spread across five waterfront acres, On the Sound will offer a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,407 square feet to 3,345 square feet with both private garage and driveway parking for each unit. The brand-new residences include in-unit laundry and either a spacious private garden or elevated terrace. A public access esplanade with gazebo and park space on the waterfront is also being constructed.

On the Sound’s private community amenities include a clubhouse with elevated terrace, outdoor pool, playground, and fitness center. Estimated starting prices for On the Sound units begin at $478,000.
