Standard & Poor’s Affirms Greystone’s “Strong” Ranking for Loan Servicing

Greystone was recently reviewed by Standard & Poor’s to assess its quality as a commercial loan primary servicer. Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc. once again received the ranking of STRONG – the highest possible category – after a thorough review of its processes, people and industry reputation.
“Maintaining the STRONG ranking from S&P is no small feat – credit certainly goes to the servicing team who keep things running smoothly on a daily basis,” said Mark Jarrell, who heads up Greystone’s servicing division.
